Michelle Kelm assumed the leadership role of the Lat Twenty7 Townhomes team in January 2024, leveraging nearly two decades of experience in the housing industry. Renowned for her commitment to assisting people in finding their ideal homes, Michelle prioritizes understanding and addressing their unique needs.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Michelle indulges in various hobbies, including fishing, hunting, billiards, and working on cars. She finds inspiration in the timeless words of Winston Churchill, embodying the belief that “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts”.

Amara Botello is a fresh face in the multi-family industry, excited to learn the ropes and connect with her new team. In her free time, she enjoys staying fit and working out. Amara is a big fan of Lady Gaga, and her favorite quote, "Be yourself, everybody else is taken" by Oscar Wilde, reflects her vibrant and authentic approach to life.

Ariel Rodriguez Vazquez is a dedicated Maintenance Professional who joined the Lat Twenty7 Townhomes team in June 2024. With over 3 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Ariel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in ensuring residential properties are maintained to the highest standards. His passion for fixing things is matched only by his commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Ariel enjoys spending quality time with his family, often showcasing his culinary skills through cooking. An additional facet of Ariel's talents lies in graphic design, where he showcases his creativity and attention to detail.
